There are indications that a minimum percent of individuals who proceed to become entrepreneurs succeed. The remaining portion of individuals ends up losing their utmost investments thus resulting to going back to being employed, that is, depending on their luck.
So what are the other alternatives for this majority?
These would-be entrepreneurs fail because they probably lack the business skills as well as the management skills necessary in running a business. They may have mismanaged the business operations or they may have misconstrued the requirements of the working capital and eventually unable to raise the necessary financing requirements when they needed it already.
Staff who are competent or the advisors in the necessary fields like production, technology, marketing, personnel, legal aspects and most especially leadership were not seen as valuable by the management.
For this remaining portion of individuals, I think it is better to consider organizing a cooperative or even joining in an already existing legitimate cooperative. As an individual, your business capital will really be not enough to put up a business.
But if you gather all your resources like capital and even market and talent reach, a strong force of investment will be formed easily. This vast investment capital will be able to provide you with:
• Bigger chances in earning higher and more regular income since the investment funds collected will be more than enough to seek the attention of the big investment bankers.
• Bigger chance of probability for a “no-capital loss” of each contribution of the member of the cooperative
• Higher yield investments and more business opportunities
• Much better ability to give each member with the procedures to change the equity to cash in cases of emergency
• Much better ways to get the best management professionally
• Bigger assurance of prolonged success
• Financing guaranteed for development of more business ventures and its implementation
Remember that in working and saving together, better benefits arise instead of doing it alone.
